Shipping Policy
1. Delivery
UVC Technology SA closely monitors all order shipments to ensure its safe and timely delivery. Should you have any questions or concerns prior to delivery, please contact us.
Orders are shipped using a Courier Company. The Courier Company will collect the parcel from our premises in Johannesburg and deliver the package to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is correct.
2. Delivery timeframe of order
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 7-21 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our premises to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@uvctechnology.co.za.
Delivery takes place during normal working hours of the Courier Company selected by UVC Technology SA. Delivery will not take place on public holidays and weekends. Should you require the package over a weekend, please contact UVC Technology SA and we can try to assist as best as we can, which is dependent on the Courier Company availability. Courier cost outside normal working hours may vary.
3. Receipt of package
The delivery address you provide should be an address where somebody you trust will be available to accept your order at any time. Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Tracking details are sent via dispatch email from UVC Technology SA. The tracking link will let you know when you are due to receive your order.

7. Customs and Duties
International items may be subject to taxes and duties according to the delivery country’s customs policies. These fees are to be borne by the customer and are outside the control of UVC Technology SA. The total amount due is specific to your order and at the discretion of the customs agent. Therefore, we are unable to charge this at the time of purchase. If you require any further information regarding import fees for your specific delivery destination, please reach out to info@uvctecnology.co.za.
8. Damage or loss package
UVC Technology SA ‘s goal is for your package to be delivered in perfect condition. Should your package be damaged during transit after our premises, PLEASE follow these steps:
8.1. Inspect the package for any visible damaged in the presence of the Courier Delivery Person.
8.2. Take a Photo of the damages and e-mail info@uvctechnology.co.za.
8.3. Keep all boxes and packaging.
8.4. Report damage to the Courier Delivery Person and Company.
8.5. Contact us about the damages within 24 hours of delivery.
8.6. Insured orders that are lost or damaged cannot be replaced until the claim has been paid.
